Privacy & Terms

What we collect. Contact details you submit through our forms (name, work email, company, TMS, approximate document volume) and, if you take the free extraction test or a pilot, the freight documents you choose to send us.

How we use it. Contact details are used only to respond to you and deliver what you asked for. Documents are used only to run extraction on your behalf and produce your accuracy report or pilot deliverables.

Documents. Your documents are processed in isolated environments, are never used to train public models, and are deleted on request. An NDA is signed before we receive a single document.

Sharing. We do not sell or share your information. Infrastructure subprocessors (hosting, email) handle data only as needed to provide the service.

Your rights. Email us to access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you or your company.

Services. insync360 provides AI document-automation implementation services. Paid engagements are governed by a written pilot agreement or statement of work; if it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

Free extraction test. Provided at no charge, under NDA, with no obligation on either side. Results describe performance on the documents you sent and are not a general warranty.

The guarantee. For founding pilots: if we do not reach 95%+ field-level extraction accuracy on your documents by day 30, measured against your own team's keyed data, the pilot fee is waived, as specified in the pilot agreement.

Ownership. On payment, pilot deliverables and their documentation belong to you. Your documents and data remain yours at all times.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.
